Periodic inspections and continuous process improvement **Job Description:** ---------------------- Will be responsible for planning, monitoring, and controlling facilities activities, focusing on preventive and corrective building maintenance, management of outsourced services, schedule control, cost control, and service level agreement (SLA) compliance. \- Plan, monitor, and control facilities activities, with focus on preventive and corrective building maintenance; \- Monitor outsourced services (electrical, plumbing, civil, air conditioning, cleaning, security, landscaping, among others); \- Perform low-complexity electrical and plumbing maintenance tasks; \- Develop, update, and manage building maintenance schedules; \- Request, analyze, and negotiate supplier quotations, ensuring cost, delivery time, and quality; \- Monitor service execution, ensuring compliance with contracts, technical standards, and safety requirements; \- Manage maintenance requests, priorities, and SLA response times; \- Support management in controlling facilities department costs and preparing managerial reports; \- Conduct periodic inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs and improvement opportunities; \- Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, environmental standards, and applicable legislation; \- Suggest improvements to facilities and maintenance operational processes. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ * Completed high school education or currently pursuing a higher education degree in administrative fields; * Knowledge of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance; * Certification in technical standards and regulations (NRs, AVCB, permits, licenses); * Proficiency in Excel (data controls, spreadsheets, and reporting); * Experience with helpdesk systems, CMMS, or ERPs. **Employment Type:** -------------------------- CLT **PwD (Persons with Disabilities):** -------- INDIFFERENT **Benefits:** --------------- * Meal allowance; * Commuting allowance or transportation voucher (VT); * On-site meals: breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack, and daily fruits; * Health insurance (after 90 days); * Dental insurance (after 90 days); * Pet health insurance (after 90 days); * Pharmacy benefits (after 90 days); * Partnerships with educational institutions; * Gym membership benefits; * Birthday Day Off. **Work Location:** ---------------------- Palhoça **Working Hours:** ------------------------ Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 18:00
