Job Summary: The professional will prepare and operate printing machines, control print quality, perform adjustments and preventive maintenance, and comply with safety regulations. Key Highlights: 1. Operation and configuration of printing machines (aluminum and plastic/films) 2. Quality control and fine-tuning of printing 3. Preventive maintenance and compliance with safety regulations * **Machine Setup:** Install clichés and configure the machine according to the work order and product specifications (aluminum and plastic/films) * **Operation:** Monitor continuous printer operation (wide or narrow web), adjusting registration (alignment) and color registration in real time. * **Quality Control:** Monitor ink viscosity, print quality, and perform fine adjustments to ensure the final product meets standards. * **Maintenance:** Perform basic adjustments and preventive maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning. * **Safety:** Comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
