




Job Summary: We are seeking a Production Operator to operate injection molding machines, perform quality control, and support production routines within the injection cell, following standards and ensuring safety. Teamwork and results-oriented mindset **Job Description** We are looking for a **Production Operator** to work with injection molding machine operation, quality control, and support for production routines within the injection cell. The professional will be responsible for adhering to production standards, ensuring product quality, and maintaining workplace safety and organization procedures. **Responsibilities:** * Follow the standardized production scheduling plan; * Complete production piece count records; * Perform TPM inspections and correct 5S cards; * Measure parts according to the control plan and record measured dimensions; * Visually inspect parts per cell documentation; * Approve or reject parts based on control plan criteria; * Operate up to two injection molding machines simultaneously; * Conduct parameter audits and LPA (Layered Process Audit); * Support first-level maintenance and part segregation; * Perform deburring, stamping, and rework of parts; * Preheat molds and log rework when necessary; * Maintain the Line Side Board dashboard; * Execute selective waste collection per company environmental management plan; * Comply with Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental procedures; * Properly use PPE provided by the organization. **Requirements:** **Hard Skills:** * Completed elementary or high school education; * Basic knowledge of injection molding machine operation; * Ability to read and interpret control plans and technical documentation. **Soft Skills:** * Strong self-management and organizational skills; * Planning ability and attention to detail; * Good interpersonal skills and teamwork orientation; * Analytical capability and logical reasoning; * Data interpretation and results-focused mindset. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Completed technical education (preferably in industrial, plastics, or production fields); * Bachelor’s degree in production-related fields.
