




Main Responsibilities: * Inspect work environments, identifying and assessing risks to employee health and safety. * Implement and monitor compliance with occupational safety regulations, ensuring correct procedures are followed. * Develop and conduct training on safety, hygiene, and occupational health for employees. * Investigate and analyze workplace accidents, proposing corrective and preventive measures to avoid recurrence. * Collaborate in the development of safety programs (PPRA, PCMSO, etc.) and monitor their implementation. * Manage and control personal protective equipment (PPE) and collective protective equipment (CPE), ensuring they are in good condition and properly used. * Provide guidance on emergency procedures, such as fires and accidents. * Maintain up-to-date records on workplace safety conditions and actions taken. Requirements: Technical degree in Occupational Safety. * Knowledge of regulatory standards (NRs) and related legislation. Experience in industrial environments, construction, or other sectors with high safety demands. * Ability to conduct training sessions and awareness lectures. * Good communication skills, proactivity, and ability to work in a team. * Availability to work on-site, visiting different areas of the company. * Desired Profile: The candidate must be detail-oriented, have a sense of urgency, and focus on accident prevention. Must be responsible, ethical, and capable of handling various risk situations. * Proactivity, communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure are essential for successful job performance.
