**What you’ll do:** ------------------- * Performs preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery. A. Inspects equipment and reports repair/component replacement needs B. Performs repairs and replaces defective components, always aiming to maximize equipment uptime C. Generates service reports and updates equipment history and information in the maintenance software D. Sends components for repair, performs follow-up, minimizing repair time E. Supports technical assistance and machine start-up, acquiring knowledge of new equipment/technologies F. Implements TPM and 5S, maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workplace G. Proposes and implements improvements and modifications to equipment to enhance equipment safety and improve maintenance indicators H. Complies with company, legal, and mandatory safety procedures and standards I. Adheres to the company’s Ethics Policy and corporate and plant work procedures J. Interacts ethically and collaboratively with factory personnel and colleagues, always striving for harmony and a pleasant work environment. **Qualifications:** ------------------- **Essential / Mandatory** * Experience as a maintenance technician for industrial machinery and equipment (presses, lathes, machining machines, machine tools, CNC, normalization and induction furnaces) * Technical qualification in Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics/Industrial Automation * Experience programming Siemens S7-1200 PLCs / TIA Portal or Eaton PLCs * Experience customizing frequency inverters / automation equipment in general (software Start, HMIs, Drives, Servo Motors) **Desirable** * Experience with ABB robots * Experience in forging * Specific Technical Regulatory Standards for the area, e.g., NR-10, NR-12, NR-33, and NR-35 * Technical English * Flexibility regarding working hours
