**Responsibilities and duties**
* Responsible for excellence in customer service and execution of store operational routines, aiming to ensure customer delight, creating value in their interactions with pets, and establishing the company as a reference within its market segment.
* Deliver outstanding customer service through charming interactions.
* Ensure proper execution (pricing, restocking, display, FEFO, cleaning, alignment, organization) of store products using planograms and layout guidelines.
* Support store operational processes through assistance and contribution.
* Handle products correctly according to specific care requirements for each item, aiming to prevent losses and damage.
**Requirements and qualifications**
* High school diploma;
* Availability to work on a 6x1 schedule.
