Job Description RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES The packer packages, wraps, and boxes goods, ensuring that products are ready to be taken by customers. This includes the use of boxes, bags, and adhesive tapes. In addition to packing, the packer may assist customers in finding products, answering questions, and even carrying purchases to the vehicle, providing more comprehensive service. When not occupied with packaging, the packer may assist in restocking merchandise, pricing, and loading and unloading products.
