Inclusive work environment with equal opportunities. Melinda Cosméticos e Perfumaria is looking for Store Assistants to join our team, working on a 5x2 schedule (Wednesday to Sunday). If you are passionate about the cosmetics and perfumery sector, possess excellent customer service skills, and seek a professional growth opportunity, this position is ideal for you! Responsibilities: * Assist with daily operations in a cosmetics and perfumery store; * Provide friendly and efficient customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction; * Organize and restock products on shelves, keeping the store clean and well-organized; * Participate in internal training and development programs to enhance professional skills and product knowledge; * Contribute to achieving sales targets, consistently striving to exceed them.
