Main Responsibilities: - Management of the production operational team - Daily production scheduling and monitoring of production orders - Ensuring adherence to deadlines and production targets - Critical analysis of operations and daily decision-making - Coordination with maintenance to ensure uninterrupted operations - Monitoring of KPIs and support for continuous process improvement Requirements: - Completed bachelor's degree (Engineering, Production, or related fields) - Experience in an industrial environment - Experience with Production Control Planning (PCP) and production routines - Experience in people management - Analytical, organized profile with a sense of urgency Compensation and Benefits: Salary: We are discussing salary expectations.
