




An HR consulting firm is seeking an Internal Sales Representative in Osasco (Piratininga). **Responsibilities:** Will work in the Food sector, performing the following functions: Increase purchase frequency (re-purchase every 30/45/60 days). Implement cross-sell and upsell strategies to expand product mix. Monitor orders, post-sales, and customer satisfaction. Record 100% of interactions in the CRM. Monitor portfolio KPIs and take preventive action (avoid inactive accounts). Serve as the bridge between customers and the company, ensuring strong and lasting relationships.
