We are seeking a **Junior HR Process Analyst** to join the **CSC team** in **Piracicaba/SP.** **Responsibilities and Duties** **YOUR TYPICAL DAY:** * Request required documents for onboarding processes; * Verify registration information and documents, and proceed with new employee registration; * Ensure onboarding document kits are prepared; * Contact candidates to guide them through the entire process; * Monitor deadlines and ensure process compliance; * Generate reports related to onboarding and onboarding activities; * Interact with internal departments to align processes; * Address employee and manager requests regarding onboarding topics. **Requirements and Qualifications** **WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Accounting, or related fields; * Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook); * Prior experience with onboarding processes; * Previous experience in customer service; * Familiarity with SAP is a plus; * Availability to work in Piracicaba/SP on a fully in-person basis during standard business hours (44 hours per week over 5 days, Monday to Friday), under a temporary contract scheduled to last four months. **Additional Information** **SELECTION PROCESS STEPS:** Our selection process comprises three main stages (additional steps may apply, and you will be informed if you advance): * Application \- completion of this form and any additional data, if required. * HR Interview \- an informal conversation to get to know each other. * Leadership Interview: a more technical discussion about day-to-day responsibilities and challenges.
