Experience in post-construction will be a differentiator. * Job Description: \- Monitor SAC requests (warranty service requests made by residents to the real estate developer) \- Inspect residential units \- Determine, based on the Owner's/Syndic's/Sinduscon-SP manual, whether the request is valid or not. \- Ensure work complies with the Performance Standard (NBR 15575/2013); \- Identify, guide and monitor repairs, fixes or improvements when builder responsibility is confirmed. \- Coordinate with Service Providers: Supervise services performed by third parties, hiring professionals as needed and ensuring execution quality; \- Prepare reports on service requests to identify which systems and/or services generate the most requests; Job type: Full-time Salary: R$2.500,00 \- R$5.500,00 per month Education: * Ongoing or incomplete Higher Education (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site
