Marketing Manager

Responsible for developing marketing strategies, defining the strategic planning for product commercialization and action plans; establishing the necessary processes and procedures for executing and fulfilling the action plans defined by the organization. * Manage the area of operation by defining plans, systems, and operational programs, as well as providing the necessary conditions for their execution. Manage the product life cycle and market positioning - price and margin management, marketing strategies; * Define the strategic planning for product commercialization and the Marketing department's action plan together with the subordinate team. Conduct market research and develop strategies that enhance company results. Develop and implement marketing strategies and action plans; * Establish the necessary processes and procedures to execute and fulfill the action plans defined at the strategic level. Manage high and medium complexity projects, activities, and teams, and be accountable for the results achieved within the area of responsibility. Develop technical and marketing materials for products; * Ensure management, control, and administration of marketing activities, programs, and strategic plans. Guarantee management and monitoring of market research and analysis of market potential, behavior, and trends, brand and competitive positioning, advertising, promotion, communication, events, planning, and new product launches. Carry out corporate budget planning for the department. * Provide technical training to technical assistants, sales representatives, and customers to support product sales, and build relationships with regional opinion leaders such as veterinarians, universities, research centers, farmers, and prominent breeders; * Monitor marketing department performance indicators. Analyze market behavior, competitors' actions, and innovations in the company's business segment. Promote the image of the company's products and services in the market through promotional marketing campaigns, event participation, media campaigns, and others. Participate in events such as lectures, agricultural exhibitions, field days, etc; * Collaborate with the R&D team in the development of new products; * Ensure the execution of product launch plans. Prepare market research planning. Represent the company to the press and media in general regarding matters related to the Marketing area; * Lead the evolution of new product launches **Requirements:** **Education:** * Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Medicine, with experience in Marketing within the Animal Health industry. * Postgraduate degree or MBA in Marketing, Business Management, or related fields (desirable). **Experience:** * Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. * Proven experience in digital marketing, campaign management, branding, and data analysis. **Technical Skills:** * Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, CRM, marketing automation, etc.). * Familiarity with analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Power BI, etc.). * Project management skills and knowledge of agile methodologies (desirable). * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. **Behavioral Skills:** * Leadership and people management * Strategic and analytical thinking * Proactivity and results orientation * Creativity and innovation * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
