Laboratory Analyst * Experience performing clinical analyses for urgent tests in the areas of Biochemistry, Hematology, Coagulation, and Urinalysis, as well as microscopy in Hematology and Urinalysis; * Critical analysis of results, preparation, signing of reports, and communication of critical results; * Expertise in clinical discussion with medical staff when necessary; * Request new collections, separate and store samples, and subsequent disposal; * Monitor the workflow of previous day's tests, urgencies, and expiration deadlines; * Perform, record, and evaluate Internal Quality Control data, and validate kits, methods, and equipment; * Perform daily, weekly, and monthly equipment maintenance and manage preventive maintenance and calibrations; * Request materials, supplies, and reagents for the department; * Develop, document, and disseminate procedures aligned with patient quality and safety culture. Requirements * Bachelor's degree completed in Biomedicine or Biology, with active regional council registration; * Previous bench experience with clinical analysis routines; * Availability to work 12x36 shifts (day and night positions available) \- Availability to work in ITU \- SP
