




The **biomedical professional** plays an essential role in the hospital environment, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnosis, appropriate treatment, and disease prevention. **Remuneration**: R$ 3\.541,21 **Work Schedule**: 180 hours (Day/Night) **Modality**: In-person **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform and supervise tests across various areas—including clinical chemistry, hematology, microbiology, immunology, parasitology, and cytology—by analyzing patients’ biological samples; * Collect blood and other bodily fluids accurately and in strict adherence to rigorous protocols, ensuring sample quality; * Monitor and implement quality control practices in laboratory processes, including conducting internal tests and participating in external quality control programs; * Analyze, validate, and release laboratory test results to physicians, ensuring information is accurate and clinically relevant for diagnosis, while safeguarding patient and information security; * Define and monitor preventive maintenance and calibration schedules, ensuring equipment operates correctly during daily use, updating calibration and maintenance records, and guaranteeing compliance with technical standards and regulations; * Ensure all biosafety protocols are followed—including proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)—and document all inspections, trainings, and audits conducted; * Assist in the administrative organization and management of the laboratory—including document organization and preparation of technical reports—ensuring all documents and reports are accurate, complete, and well-organized before finalization or archiving; * Carry out any other duties inherent to the position. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Sciences; * Valid registration with the relevant professional council; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office; * Prior experience in the role. **Additional Information** * Cafeteria; * Day Off; * SESC.
