




**Job Description:** We are seeking a Generalist Administrative Professional to support the company’s administrative routines, ensuring organization, process efficiency, and support to internal departments. **Key Responsibilities:** * Perform general administrative tasks (document control, physical and digital filing); * Support onboarding, offboarding, and employee documentation management; * Perform data entry and tracking in spreadsheets and internal systems; * Provide support to Human Resources, Finance, and Payroll departments; * Monitor and organize contracts, invoices, and payments; * Serve internal employees, suppliers, and clients; * Assist in organizing trainings, events, and internal initiatives; * Manage calendars, deadlines, and administrative requests; * Maintain departmental organization and smooth operations. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (a bachelor’s degree in Administration, HR, or related fields is preferred); * Prior experience in administrative roles; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and proactivity; * Ability to handle multiple concurrent tasks.
