Work model: Hybrid – 2 days onsite Locations: São Paulo – SP, Curitiba – PR, Uberlândia – MG, Recife – PE, Rio de Janeiro – RJ **Your Day-to-Day** As a Senior Backend Java Tech Lead, you will manage the DS team and perform the following key activities: * Independently specify technical solutions; * Develop and document solutions; * Develop Applications: Build and maintain applications, ensuring code efficiency, scalability, and comprehensive documentation; * Conduct code reviews and guide developers to uphold quality standards; * Ensure continuous integration (CI/CD) and production application monitoring; * Resolve complex problems and provide technical support during critical incidents. **Requirements and Qualifications** What do you need to have or know? * Experience in Java 11, 17, or 21 development; * Spring Boot 3; * Messaging systems: Kafka, Service Bus, or similar; * In-memory database: Redis; * Databases: MongoDB and SQL Server; * CI/CD tools: GitHub, Jira, Argo; * Hexagonal architecture.
