




Job Summary: This position supports the sales team in developing proposals, maintains contact with customers, manages orders, and collaborates on events, seeking an analytical and proactive profile. Collaboration in data organization and prospecting of new customers **Key Responsibilities:** * Support the sales team in developing commercial proposals, quotations, and sales reports; * Maintain active contact with the customer portfolio, providing support in clarifying doubts, commercial terms, and order status; * Register and update orders, instruments, and approvals in the company's integrated system; * Conduct sales follow\-up, ensuring adherence to deadlines and excellence in customer service; * Collaborate with the technical team in organizing data for equipment installation and maintenance; * Handle post\-sales activities, monitoring deliveries, exchanges, warranties, and other customer requests; * Support new customer prospecting through market research and data analysis; * Assist in organizing events, trade fairs, and promotional activities to strengthen customer relationships. Requirements * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields; * Knowledge of sales routines and customer service; * Experience in commercial, administrative, or sales support roles within **industries**; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); * Analytical and proactive profile with multitasking ability.
