




Job Summary: A professional responsible for fleet control and monitoring, including maintenance, documentation, cost optimization, and operational support to drivers. Key Highlights: 1. Operational and logistical transportation support Fleet Control and Monitoring Update spreadsheets and systems with vehicle data such as mileage, fueling, and usage. Record incidents and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance. Maintenance and Documentation Manage vehicle documentation (licensing, IPVA, insurance, traffic fines). Assist in hiring and monitoring service providers (workshops, towing services, etc.). Monitor fuel consumption and other supplies (oil, vehicle washes). Verify and organize fuel invoices and receipts. Support expense analysis and fleet cost control. Assist in organizing transportation routes and logistics. Support drivers with guidance, documents, and operational needs. Monitor vehicle availability to ensure continuous operations. Assist in preparing fleet performance reports. Monitor KPIs such as: cost per km, average fuel consumption, fleet availability, etc. Suggest improvements to operational processes based on data and incidents. Support the vehicle acquisition or leasing process. Assist in managing contracts with leasing companies, insurers, and suppliers. Maintain organized and up-to-date physical and digital files.
