We are looking for an **Accounting Assistant** to join the **Reconciliations** team in **Piracicaba.** **Responsibilities and duties** **WHAT YOUR DAY WILL BE LIKE:** * Monitor and execute accounting reconciliation processes and monthly closing; * Work in areas such as payroll, bank reconciliations, related parties, and tax reconciliations; * Ensure accuracy of information and compliance with accounting deadlines; * Contribute with an analytical and modern perspective, proposing improvements and optimizations in processes; * Support the accounting team in routine tasks and specific area demands. **Requirements and qualifications** **WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:** * Currently **pursuing a degree in Accounting Sciences**. * Basic knowledge of **accounting routines**, **entries**, and **reconciliations**; * Knowledge of **integrated management systems (ERP)** and ability to quickly learn new tools; * Strong **organizational skills**, **attention to detail**, and **reliability with information**; * Good communication and ability to work in a team; * **Reside in Piracicaba/SP or be willing to relocate.** **You stand out even more if you have these qualifications:** * Knowledge of **data analysis and processing tools**, such as **Power BI** and **advanced Excel**; **Additional information** **SELECTION PROCESS STEPS:** Our process includes 3 main stages (there may be additional ones, and you will be informed if you progress): * Registration—completion of this form and additional data if necessary. * HR interview—a conversation to get to know each other. * Leadership interview: a more technical conversation to further discuss daily responsibilities and challenges.
