**POSITION: ADMINISTRATIVE ANALYST PIRACICABA/SP** **Area of Operation: Personnel Department and Administrative Routines** **Work Schedule: On-site \| Monday to Friday\-shift** **Compensation: Negotiable** **ABOUT THE POSITION** We are seeking an Administrative Analyst with technical experience in Personnel Department routines and administrative support, to work directly with the Administrative Management. The professional will be responsible for ensuring continuity of processes during the coordinator's leave period, as well as contributing to the organization and continuous improvement of administrative workflows. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** Manage the electronic time clock (Ponto Mais system); Administer benefits (transportation voucher, meal allowance); Perform data analysis for payroll processing (overtime, absences, medical certificates, among others); Review payroll processed by the accounting office; Monitor vacations, hires, terminations and leaves; Support management based on labor legislation and collective bargaining agreements; Follow up occupational exams, PPE control and occupational health and safety indicators; Use internal checklists and manuals when performing tasks; Support the implementation and usage process of the Sólides system; Execute various administrative routines according to department demands. **TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS** Intermediate/advanced Excel skills; Experience with Ponto Mais system; Knowledge in timekeeping closing, benefit calculations and payroll review; Practical knowledge of CLT, labor reform and collective agreements; Basic knowledge of OHS (PPE management, exams, work accident reports, leaves); Familiarity with recruitment and selection processes; Comfort with systems and new technologies; Knowledge in Power BI will be considered a differentiator. **BEHAVIORAL REQUIREMENTS** Mature, analytical and committed profile; Discretion, good communication and courtesy; Critical thinking and ability to propose data-driven improvements; Collaborative attitude and commitment example for the team; Organization, discipline and focus on delivery quality. **POSITION CHALLENGES** Take over the coordinator's responsibilities during maternity leave, ensuring process continuity and efficiency; Finalize and consolidate the use of the Sólides system; Integrate and support a young and multidisciplinary team; Work autonomously and in a consulting posture, maintaining direct alignment with management. **COMPLEMENTARY RESPONSIBILITIES** Prepare quotations and negotiate with suppliers; Support budget planning based on financial data and market projections; Support the accounting area, including cost monitoring, bank reports and reconciliations; Support HR programs management, such as training, recruitment, salary structure and benefits; Analyze labor lawsuits and support legal team; Participate in labor negotiations and handle inspections and audits; Support other administrative areas and act according to company guidelines. ;
