




Job Summary: Assist in food pre-preparation, and maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen under supervision, following safety and hygiene standards. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on food safety and hygiene The position requires working from 7:00 to 15:20 Monday through Friday, and from 8:00 to 16:20 on Saturdays and Sundays. A kitchen assistant's responsibilities include food pre-preparation (washing, peeling, cutting, and portioning), maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen area, equipment, and utensils, assisting in plating dishes, organizing the workplace and pantries, monitoring ingredient inventory, and supporting basic cooking tasks—all under the supervision of more experienced chefs and cooks. Strict adherence to food safety and hygiene standards is essential.
