**RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Conduct Value Stream Mapping (VSM) studies to understand and optimize production processes. * Apply FMEA for failure analysis and implementation of improvements. * Use time study to standardize operational times and reduce waste. * Implement Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Six Sigma, and PDCA for operational efficiency. * Ensure application of 5S for workplace organization and productivity. * Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and propose adjustments for optimization. * Develop operation manuals and flowcharts to standardize procedures. * Conduct internal workshops on management methodologies and continuous improvement. * Lead DMAIC analyses for structured resolution of production challenges. * Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve operational bottlenecks. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Production Management, or related fields. * Advanced Excel proficiency required (BI knowledge is desirable). * Practical experience in process implementation and operator training; experience in the metallurgical sector is a plus.
