The industry is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst professional in Indaiatuba. **Responsibilities:** Support the maintenance and implementation of Quality Systems, such as Complaints, Deviations (Discrepancies), and Change Control. Perform trend analysis of data and monitor corrective and preventive action plans. Prepare Periodic and Annual Product Review Reports (PPR/APR). Act as an internal auditor and support the organization of annual Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) training. Interface with customers to clarify questions and align proposed changes. Draft and review procedures and documents of the Quality Management System. Verify Production Orders for bulk and packaging. Monitor quality metrics, including daily and weekly dashboards, Monthly Report, Management Review, and Inspection Readiness. Investigate market complaints and internal deviations, following up with involved departments. Support the implementation of change controls and perform product release for billing. Send technical reports to customers as required.
