




The Construction Institute is seeking a **Commercial Analyst** to work at the franchisor, focusing on implementing and sustaining the franchise network’s commercial strategy. Reporting to the **Marketing Coordinator**, this professional will be responsible for monitoring sales metrics, executing commercial campaigns, leading the network’s commercial rituals, and serving as the primary point of contact for franchise units on commercial matters—ensuring standardization, execution pace, and continuous support for sales team development. Key Responsibilities * Organize, lead, and monitor the network’s commercial rituals, such as the **Sales Machine**, **Excellence Wheel**, and other meetings defined by management. * Prepare agendas, supporting materials, metrics, and records for commercial rituals in collaboration with the Marketing Coordinator. * Monitor daily commercial metrics across the network (leads, customer service interactions, appointments, visits, enrollments, and conversions). * Consolidate, analyze, and organize commercial data from franchise units, producing reports, dashboards, and performance rankings. * Support the development and execution of the network’s commercial campaigns, tracking adoption, results, deadlines, targets, and incentives. * Serve as the **franchise commercial focal point**, receiving and organizing requests related to training, campaigns, targets, and metrics. * Organize and support the delivery of commercial training, engaging internal or external consultants or directing participants to recorded trainings and supporting materials. * Contribute to standardizing processes, sales scripts, targets, and commercial practices across the network. * Support the Marketing Coordinator in managing the franchisor’s commercial area routines. * Assist with expansion leads, when required. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Commercial Management, or related fields. * Prior experience in commercial roles, including analysis of metrics, sales, or commercial management support. * Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. * Familiarity with commercial metrics analysis and sales funnels. * Experience or knowledge of CRM tools. Preferred Qualifications * Postgraduate specialization in Commercial Management or related areas. * Knowledge of data analysis. * Experience with Google Drive. * Experience with Looker Studio, Power BI, or similar BI tools.
