Responsibilities and duties * Support local N1 support demands; * Attend and guide users (in person and remotely); * Open, register, and track technical service tickets; * Assist in identifying and resolving issues with workstations, software, and peripherals; * Support the installation and configuration of equipment (computers, printers, corporate mobile phones); * Provide basic network support (connectivity, cabling, access points); * Manage IT equipment inventory; * Escalate more complex tickets to higher support levels. Requirements and qualifications * Completed or ongoing higher education in Information Technology fields. * Previous experience in technical support (N1 or similar); * Knowledge of Windows and Office 365 suite; * Basic understanding of networking; * Good communication skills, organization, and willingness to learn continuously. 2510290202531493737
