We are looking for a professional with an analytical mindset, business vision, and strong data interpretation skills, who can act as a commercial team partner in identifying opportunities, monitoring indicators, and optimizing results. **Responsibilities:** ➤ Develop and maintain performance indicator dashboards (KPIs and OKRs) for the commercial department, including prospecting, conversion, and sales funnel metrics; ➤ Generate actionable insights to support leadership's strategic decisions; ➤ Monitor prospecting targets, average ticket size, CAC, LTV, and performance by salesperson or channel; ➤ Support the commercial team in defining data-driven goals and strategies. **Requirements:** ➤ Reside in Mossoró/RN or surrounding region; ➤ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields; ➤ Advanced knowledge of SQL, Power BI, and Excel; ➤ Expertise in commercial data analysis (sales, leads, prospecting, and CRM); ➤ Experience building and interpreting dashboards and analytical reports; ➤ Understanding of sales metrics such as conversion rate, sales funnel, churn, CAC, LTV, among others; ➤ Strong communication skills and ability to translate data into business insights; **If you:** Have an analytical profile and want to drive commercial results.
