




Job Summary: Responsible for HR administrative activities, such as onboarding, timekeeping control, document delivery, benefits administration, and file organization. Key Highlights: 1. Participation in employee onboarding processes and management of employee documentation. 2. Responsible for benefit requests and system entries. 3. Organization and control of documents for audit purposes. **Main Responsibilities:** * Onboarding * Recording electronic time clock data * Delivering time sheets, pay slips, and other required documents to employees. * Processing benefit requests; * Entering invoices (NFs) into SAP; * Scheduling medical examinations; * Organizing employee and contractor folders and archiving documents; * Responsible for controlling audit-related documents; **Desirable:** Experience with the Senior (payroll) system and SAP **Education:** Pursuing or completed degree in Business Administration and/or Human Resources Management Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree * Dental insurance * Transportation allowance * On-site meals * Meal allowance * Health insurance
