Your daily routine will include: * Assisting employees to meet their needs regarding proper job performance; * Calculating employee remuneration amounts; * Controlling working hours and entering data into the system; * Performing HR (personnel department) administrative routines; * Creating registrations, updating internal control spreadsheets, and entering information; * Generating reports and developing indicators; * Conducting recruitment and selection for plant positions and DH.O. activities. Requirements: * Completed bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields. * Experience/knowledge of HR routines (personnel department, recruitment and selection, etc.). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Preferred Qualifications: * Industrial sector experience; * Knowledge of the Senior system.
