Students in IT or related fields with agile and proactive profiles Job Responsibilities: * Provide first-level support via chat, WhatsApp, and telephone with empathy, agility, and clarity; * Log incidents and service requests in an organized and detailed manner; * Escalate complex requests to second-level support; * Assist customers with operational and basic technical issues; * Contribute to continuous improvement of customer support processes. Requirements: * Students enrolled in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields (undergraduate or technical programs); * Strong verbal and written communication skills, customer focus, and sense of responsibility; * Agile, proactive, and organized profile; * Availability to intern during the AFTERNOON shift. Preferred Qualifications: * Prior coursework in SQL and Database Management; * Completion of technical courses in: * Computer Maintenance * Computer Networks * Microsoft Operating Systems or similar.
