Understand system usability for continuous improvements. **Position: User System Support** **Work Mode:** On-site **Job Description:** Provide support to system users, clarify questions, and deliver information to ensure continuous system operation. **Job Responsibilities:** * Provide comprehensive ERP user support through simultaneous multichannel communication. * Register and track incident tickets to ensure resolution. * Monitor and follow up on daily incidents and operations, ensuring compliance with support procedures. * Conduct user training sessions, clarify questions, and ensure teams understand system functionalities. * Contribute to the creation and updating of the knowledge base, including manuals, procedures, and FAQs for both internal use and customers. * Deeply understand system usability and collect customer feedback for continuous improvements. * Understand and comply with LGPD policies regarding data handling. * Perform other duties inherent to the position. **Desirable Qualifications:** * Technical or Bachelor's degree in Computer Networks, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields; * Knowledge of programming logic.
