Focus on ensuring customer satisfaction and experience **Opportunity for Salon Manager** **Main Responsibilities:** Professional will be responsible for supporting Store Management; Supporting the management of the entire store operation; Monitoring processes and intervening to resolve issues, whether in the kitchen and/or customer service; Identifying opportunities for improvement in internal processes; Reviewing or developing SOPs, controls, and other procedures necessary for service and diverse activity oversight; Applying metrics to analyze employee performance and customer service quality; Providing effective support in procurement processes for supplies and ingredients; Managing work teams, including assistance in hiring, training, and supervising staff; Preparing staff leave schedules; Ensuring hygiene and food safety standards to guarantee food quality and customer satisfaction; Ensuring consistency in all items served to customers; Effectively ensuring customer satisfaction. **Profile:** Must be dynamic, meticulous, honest, responsible, committed, and passionate about the field—particularly skilled in customer service; Contributing to a positive team environment; Aware that food-related work demands high standards of cleanliness and hygiene; Possessing sound organizational skills; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; **Requirements:** Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Gastronomy, or related fields; Flexible availability regarding working hours; Restaurant experience is desirable; Experience in team management; Proficiency in Excel is mandatory; Intermediate culinary knowledge is a plus; Conversational English proficiency is a plus. **Opportunity Details:** \- 6x1 schedule (Sunday to Sunday, with one fixed weekly day off and one Sunday off per month); \- Salary negotiable \- Transportation Allowance; \- Meal Allowance of approximately BRL 600; \- Subscription to Clube da Gazeta do Povo.
