JOB RESPONSIBILITIES • Process payments and manage cash flow. • Perform bank reconciliations and issue financial receipts. • Receive and verify invoices, ensuring document compliance. • Manage processes related to the \+Brasil Platform, ensuring adherence to procedures. • Maintain quality-related documents up to date, aligned with internal and external requirements. • Actively participate in the identification and resolution of non-conformities, whenever necessary. • Populate performance indicators, conduct critical analyses in partnership with the immediate manager, and propose improvements. • Prepare managerial reports—including cash flow, budget, and others—to support strategic decision-making. • Provide support to departmental demands, including covering duties during colleagues’ vacation periods. JOB REQUIREMENTS • Completed Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences, Administration, Economics, or related fields. • Prior experience in the field. • Knowledge of the Tasy system will be considered an advantage. • Experience in the hospital sector will be considered an advantage. • Availability for possible travel to our branch in Joinville. • Participation in events according to the department’s schedule.
