The General Services Assistant is the professional responsible for supporting the maintenance, conservation, and improvement of the company’s physical infrastructure, ensuring safe, organized, and fully functional environments. Performs preventive and corrective maintenance activities—including general, electrical, and hydraulic maintenance—contributing to operational efficiency and preservation of organizational assets. The primary objective is to ensure facilities remain fit for use by identifying repair needs and proposing continuous improvements. Requirements: **Competencies** Perform general, preventive, and corrective maintenance activities on structures, equipment, and facilities. Perform minor electrical repairs, such as replacing light bulbs, outlets, switches, and conducting basic circuit inspections. Perform basic hydraulic maintenance services, including repairs to faucets, valves, taps, and piping. Identify structural repair needs and suggest improvements to optimize space and facility usage. Support the conservation and organization of internal and external company environments. Ensure proper use of tools, materials, and work equipment. Report failures, risks, or needs for specialized maintenance to supervisors or relevant departments. Comply with safety regulations, internal procedures, and company operational standards. **Skills** Practical knowledge of general, electrical, and hydraulic maintenance. Ability to identify structural issues and propose simple, effective solutions. Organizational skills, attention to detail, and sense of responsibility. Prior experience in building maintenance, electrical work, plumbing, or general services is considered an advantage. Basic knowledge of manual and power tools. Technical courses or training in electricity, plumbing, building maintenance, or occupational safety are considered advantages.
