Job Summary: Investor Relations Analyst responsible for prospecting, developing, and maintaining relationships with strategic partners and investors, as well as preparing materials and reports. Producing and updating performance and monitoring reports An investment company is seeking an Investor Relations Analyst in Curitiba (Batel). **Responsibilities:** Prospecting, developing, and maintaining relationships with strategic partners and investors, including AAIs, MFOs, SFOs, brokerage firms, distributors, and other market participants. Leading and attending periodic meetings with clients, partners, and potential investors to ensure commercial proximity and institutional alignment. Supporting the commercial and institutional agendas of portfolio managers, including attending meetings with market analysts, influencers, and relevant stakeholders. Preparing, updating, and enhancing institutional presentations, commercial materials, roadshows, and other supporting materials related to funds and the asset manager. Producing and updating fund performance tracking reports, as well as managerial and market monitoring materials. Monitoring industry developments and conducting peer benchmarking, public offerings analysis, and market trend assessments, with a focus on generating intelligence for the IR function. Collaborating with marketing and communications teams to support social media maintenance, institutional content, and positioning initiatives for the asset manager and its funds. Assisting in organizing events, site visits, commercial meetings, and other investor and distributor engagement initiatives. Bachelor’s degree required.
