Job Summary: The candidate will support data analysis and transformation to drive business growth, building dashboards, metrics, and indicators for the BI team. Key Highlights: 1. Will focus on information management and business intelligence The candidate will support data analysis and transformation to foster business growth. They will build dashboards, metrics, indicators, and controls related to the BI team’s service activities. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Information Management: Monitor and analyze results of data verification and validation routines used in reports and studies conducted by the area; create and maintain up-to-date documentation and repositories of business rules developed by the area. * Business Intelligence: Support the development of business management and member relationship indicators and metrics; conduct business analyses and studies within the scope of the National Financial System, as well as specific segments (individuals, legal entities, credit product groups, etc.) and sectors (Agribusiness, Industrial, Commercial, Energy, etc.) to monitor and guide business activities. * Management Information: Manipulate information using software (BI and CRM) that supports decision-making. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in Technology-related fields (IT, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Data Engineering) * Knowledge of financial institutions’ products and services is desirable. * Knowledge of databases and virtualization tools. * Advanced Excel experience (advanced formulas, pivot tables, layout creation). * Professional experience with Power BI (ETL, dashboard development, DAX). * Practical experience in data analysis, indicator monitoring, and ad-hoc study development. * SQL experience for querying databases. * Valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B). * **A differentiator would be:** Python. * Technical English. **Additional Information** **Our benefits package includes:** Profit Sharing Program (PPR) \- (Up to 3 salaries, per internal policy).
