Join us as we continue delighting our customers and communities.* Apply today! **Job Description** * Perform administrative support tasks in procurement processes within the Cleaning and Hygiene category; * Work with Excel spreadsheet development; * Track purchase requisitions and contact suppliers; * Prepare reports and documents related to the company's procurement process, ensuring data accuracy; * Assist in organizing the schedule and daily routines of the company's buyers, executing various administrative processes; * Participate in negotiations and internal coordination with departments/stores interfacing with the procurement process. **Working Hours** * Monday to Thursday: 08:00–12:00 and 13:00–18:00; Fridays: 08:00–12:00 and 13:00–17:00. **Prerequisites** * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields; * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; * Experience in customer service; * Communicative, proactive, and attentive profile.
