Check out the profile below and apply! **Education:** Completed undergraduate degree in Administration or related fields **Mandatory Experience** Experience in contract analysis, preferably in a corporate environment; Experience in managing the full contract lifecycle, including analysis, processing, execution, and validity control. Use of digital signature and document management platforms (e.g., DocuSign, Clicksign, Adobe Sign, or similar). Experience with contract management systems or ERPs (e.g., Benner, Senior, SAP, TOTVS, etc.). **Mandatory Technical Knowledge for the Role** Knowledge of contract types (services provision, supply, confidentiality, leasing, agreements, etc.). Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). **Desirable/Preferred Knowledge** Advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data validation). Basic knowledge of civil, contractual, and corporate law. **Responsibilities and Duties** Manage the full contract lifecycle—from request through to execution—ensuring compliance with internal policies, deadlines, and legal requirements. Analyze drafts, amendments, and addenda, identifying risks, inconsistencies, or improvement opportunities, in alignment with requesting departments and Legal. Support managers and business units in drafting and standardizing contracts, ensuring consistency with institutional templates and corporate compliance. Monitor deadlines and validity periods, ensuring timely renewal, termination, or renegotiation of contracts and amendments. Maintain the contract management system up to date, with complete records and tracking indicators (signatures, status, deadlines, pending items). Act consultatively and collaboratively with involved departments, advising on workflows, required documents, and best contract practices. Contribute to structuring and continuously improving internal processes by proposing adjustments to workflows, checklists, and automation. Support supplier and partner performance analysis, as applicable, in partnership with requesting departments.
