Travel availability and accommodation, if required, are mandatory. Work Schedule: Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5:18 PM * 5x2: For candidates residing in the city where the project is located or with easy access. * Availability for a 21x2 schedule \- for candidates residing in cities distant from the project sites but within Rio Grande do Sul. * 90x10 schedule: For candidates residing in other Brazilian states. Desired Profile: Must reside in Carlos Barbosa, Bento Gonçalves, Gramado, Erechim, Canela, or be available to work in these regions. Completed elementary education; Travel availability and willingness to stay accommodated are mandatory. Experience in civil construction activities (any role in the field). Will work on civil, electromechanical, and electrical projects, including de-energized transmission lines or near energized areas (ground-level work only).
