We are looking for a **Billing Assistant (Marketplace)** to join our team and contribute to the organization, accuracy, and efficiency of the company’s billing processes, with a focus on e\-commerce and marketplace operations! **Main Responsibilities:** Issue fiscal invoices for products sold via marketplaces and e\-commerce; Verify orders and ensure correct tax application according to each sales channel; Monitor daily marketplace billing, ensuring deadlines and data accuracy; Review and correct rejected fiscal invoices; Validate registration data such as ZIP codes, addresses, and customer information prior to billing; Resolve discrepancies among orders, platforms, and internal systems; Prepare and analyze billing reports and fees charged by marketplaces; Verify payment intermediary transfers and fees; Support control and organization of fiscal documents; Collaborate with sales, logistics, and customer service departments to resolve inconsistencies; Contribute to improving and organizing the department’s internal processes. **Requirements:** Completed high school education (college enrollment in Administration, Accounting, or related fields is desirable); Basic knowledge of fiscal matters and fiscal invoice issuance; Familiarity with taxes (ICMS, IPI, PIS, and COFINS); Experience or familiarity with marketplace and e\-commerce routines; Experience verifying rejected invoices and validating registration data; Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and analytical mindset; Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively; Proficiency in Excel or management systems is a plus. **Preferred Qualifications:** Prior experience in marketplace billing (Mercado Livre, Amazon, Shopee, etc.); Knowledge of financial reconciliation and payment intermediaries; Experience with ERP systems and integrations with e\-commerce platforms; Background working in consumer goods companies or digital operations. **Benefits:** Group life insurance; TotalPass: A benefit offering access to numerous gyms, studios, and physical activities across Brazil, enabling employees to care for their health and well-being through affordable plans with flexible locations and activity options.
