We provide an environment where you can gain valuable development experience and ignite your professional journey**.** **WHAT OPPORTUNITIES ARE AVAILABLE?** The apprentice assists with department routines in the production area, applying classroom knowledge in practice. Perform hands-on activities such as visual inspections, equipment checks, leak detection, level and pressure verification, inventory of maintenance parts and components, and removal of parts from receiving into the maintenance warehouse. **WHO CAN BE AN APPRENTICE AT CATERPILLAR?** * Be aged 18–22 (must complete the apprenticeship contract before turning 24); * Have completed high school; * Reside in Curitiba or Araucária; * Must not have previously been a production apprentice; * NO PRIOR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED; **BENEFITS AND LEARNING:** * Training Allowance * On-site Meals * Transportation Allowance * Health and Dental Insurance (Optional) * Employee Assistance Program * Training through a Partner Institution **DIVERSITY \& INCLUSION:** We have Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) that discuss gender diversity, sexual orientation, and generational diversity, supporting us in building an increasingly inclusive workplace.
