**Job Description:**

Position Mission: Ensure compliance with legislation, regulations, and internal and external policies; promote Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance (GRC); safeguard data in accordance with the General Data Protection Law (LGPD); contribute to business sustainability from environmental, social, and governance perspectives; execute and monitor processes related to request, procurement, receipt, storage, traceability, and distribution of materials, medications, and Orthoses, Prostheses, and Special Materials (OPMEs); maintain organization and security of physical and electronic documents; support audits; and utilize the Quality Management System (QMS), to ensure operational continuity, administrative efficiency, and process integrity within the cooperative. Key Responsibilities: Execute requests, quotations, purchases, receipt, inspection, storage, and distribution of materials, medications, and Orthoses, Prostheses, and Special Materials (OPMEs); record movements in the system; manage inventory (receipts, issues, expiration dates, and batches); conduct inventories and maintain organization and traceability.
**Mandatory Requirements:**

Currently enrolled in an undergraduate Pharmacy program;
Organized and detail-oriented;
Proactive and eager to learn;
Basic understanding of good storage practices and administrative routines;
Familiarity with computerized systems or willingness to learn logistics control systems.
**Desirable Requirements:**

Basic knowledge of inventory control, organization, and storage;
Introductory knowledge of material receipt, inspection, and registration.
