Job Summary: IT Project Analyst to serve as a bridge between strategic technology management and operational teams, focused on project execution and monitoring. Key Highlights: 1. IT project management and monitoring We are seeking an **IT Project Analyst** to act as a bridge between strategic technology management and the group's operational teams (store managers, department leaders, finance, e-commerce). You will work directly with the IT manager, receiving strategic direction and executing the implementation of tools and processes alongside the teams that will use them daily. This is not a development or technical support role — it is a role focused on **project execution and monitoring**. Responsibilities * Lead tool implementation with teams (training, rollout, post-implementation monitoring) * Serve as the single point of contact between IT and operational departments (stores, factory, finance, e-commerce) * Monitor project schedules, follow up on vendor deliverables, and update project status * Manage day-to-day IT operational requests (equipment budgeting, quotations, purchase orders) * Document processes and create user manuals for teams * Support training organization and change management * Report project progress to the IT manager Requirements * Experience implementing systems or tools in a corporate environment Preferred Qualifications * Experience in retail or companies with multiple locations * Familiarity with project management tools (ClickUp, Trello, Asana) * Basic knowledge of ERPs, e-commerce, or SaaS platforms * Experience training non-technical teams * Strong communication skills — you will interact with diverse stakeholders (store managers, finance, executive leadership) * Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously * Proactivity in resolving operational issues without constant supervision * Basic IT knowledge (programming is not required, but contextual understanding is essential) Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$2.304,36 – R$4.481,59 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Food allowance * Meal voucher * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
