Job Summary: A professional to support and evolve critical 24/7 environments, involving Kubernetes architecture, CI/CD, cloud services, observability, and automation. Key Highlights: 1. Operation in high-availability environments and disaster recovery strategies 2. Development and optimization of CI/CD pipelines 3. Management and integration of cloud services on Oracle and AWS **LOCATION:** Rua Paraná, 2282, Centro, Medianeira – PR **WORK MODE:** On-site **CONTRACT TYPE:** CLT **WORK HOURS:** Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 13:12 to 18:00. The position supports 24/7-operating environments; therefore, availability for occasional after-hours work during critical situations or high-priority incidents is required. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Design, maintain, and evolve Kubernetes cluster architecture * Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins or similar) * Administer and integrate cloud services (compute, storage, messaging, managed databases, CDN, and caching) on Oracle and AWS * Define and implement observability strategies (metrics, logs, tracing, and intelligent alerts) using Prometheus, Grafana, or similar tools * Automate infrastructure processes and routines to improve operational efficiency and reliability * Manage security policies, RBAC, NetworkPolicies, and secret management * Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) of incidents and lead technical post-mortems **REQUIREMENTS** * Completed undergraduate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Networks, or related fields * Solid experience with Kubernetes * Experience with Docker and containerization best practices * Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud provider (Oracle, AWS, or Azure) * Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins or similar) * Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, or similar) * Knowledge of networking (VPC, subnets, load balancers, DNS, TLS) * Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or similar) * Knowledge of cloud-specific security practices (IAM, secret management, hardening) * Experience with high-availability environments and disaster recovery strategies **BENEFITS** * Health Insurance – Unimed; * Meal Voucher; * Transportation Voucher; * Life Insurance; * 14th and 15th salary (PLR); * Birthday Day Off; * Exclusive discounts and benefits platform offering health, leisure, wellness, and more — including cashback.
