Resolve operational issues promptly **About the Role** We are seeking a Store Supervisor to ensure the efficient operation of the unit, maintaining the brand's quality standards, developing the team, and monitoring operational results. **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise store operations (customer service, cleanliness, organization, and brand standards) * Monitor and ensure compliance with operational processes * Manage and develop teams (training, feedback, performance tracking) * Support hiring and offboarding of staff * Manage inventory and monitor purchase orders (primarily fruits and supplies) * Monitor performance metrics (sales, average transaction value, losses, productivity) * Ensure smooth delivery operations (iFood and other channels) * Resolve daily operational issues promptly * Oversee store opening and closing procedures * Ensure proper execution of marketing campaigns and commercial initiatives **Requirements** * Experience managing teams (retail or food service is preferred) * Leadership and organizational mindset * Strong communication skills and proactivity * Ability to solve problems and make quick decisions * Willingness to travel between stores **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in the food service industry * Knowledge of inventory control and performance metrics * Experience with iFood or delivery platforms Compensation: R$2\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
