Then join us! **This is an on-site position in Guarapuava\- Paraná.** **Responsibilities and Duties** Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, automation, and industrial instrumentation equipment. Conduct technical diagnostics of **medium complexity** on electrical systems, PLCs, DCS, QCS, instrumentation, and drives. Configure and adjust programmable logic controllers, frequency inverters, and control systems according to established standards. Perform maintenance on control, protection, and power circuits. Work with measurement instruments (flow, level, pressure, temperature), control valves, and electric, pneumatic, and hydraulic actuators. Perform and monitor basic maintenance on QCS and DCS systems. Perform corrective maintenance on refrigeration systems. Execute work orders according to weekly scheduling or machine shutdowns. Monitor equipment operation following maintenance interventions. Complete technical reports, forms, and maintenance records per internal procedures. Support supervision and PCM in failure analysis, performance indicators, and maintenance plan reviews. Provide technical support to partner departments (Production, Electrical, Mechanical, Boiler Shop, and Planning). Supervise third-party service execution under supervision guidance. Comply with and uphold Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) regulations and internal procedures. Participate in continuous improvement activities such as TPM, 5S, and failure analysis. Seek methodologies and resources to improve maintenance service efficiency and effectiveness. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed high school education; Technical degree in Instrumentation, Electrotechnology, Electronics, or Automation; Knowledge of: Electricity, Shutdown Systems, Hydraulic and Pneumatic Systems, Electrical Quantities Applied to Measurements (4\-20mA, 0\-10VDC, HART), DCS (Distributed Control System), QCS (Paper Quality Control System), Primary Elements (Flow, Level, Pressure, Temperature); Prior experience in this role is preferred; **Additional Information** Benefits: On-site meals; Transportation allowance; Life insurance; Private pension plan; Profit-sharing program (PPR); Dental plan; Health plan.
