Strategic and adaptable argumentation: ability to guide customers toward the right solution. Comfort working in fast-paced environments with challenging goals. **Sales Techniques and Approach** Interest in learning (or already mastering) methods of outreach, probing, negotiation, and closing. Prior experience with financial products is a plus—but not a requirement. Ability to tailor solutions to the customer’s real-world context. **Tools and Routine Organization** Proficiency in typing and agility using CRM systems and sales registration platforms. Strong organizational skills for managing daily routines and tracking one’s own customer portfolio. **Continuous Training and Development** Availability and commitment to training.
