Job Summary: Operates electric and gas-powered forklifts for vehicle loading/unloading, material transportation, and production supply, with emphasis on safety and organization. Key Highlights: 1. Operate forklifts for material handling and supply. 2. Perform vehicle loading and unloading, and warehouse stock organization. 3. Assist in bagging and raw material addition. **Purpose and Impact of the Role** ---------------------------------- * Operate electric and/or gas-powered forklifts, managing gear, steering, and lifting controls to perform vehicle loading/unloading and material transportation (raw materials, finished products, or various supplies); handle all daily production supply requirements; unload bulk raw materials from big bags into the receiving hopper. Perform other duties consistent with the Company's safety standards under the direction of the immediate supervisor. Occasionally assist in finished product bagging and raw material addition into the skip. **Key Responsibilities** -------------------------------- * Move raw materials within the production warehouse according to procedures; * Perform vehicle loading and unloading. Move pallets and big bags according to each department’s needs; * Ensure completion of the forklift checklist before each operation, reporting any anomalies found and escalating issues to the immediate supervisor; * Maintain area organization, pallet stacking, and palletization planning to ensure proper product storage and quality preservation; * Assist in bagging and raw material addition into the skip; * Perform other duties consistent with the Company's safety standards under the direction of the immediate supervisor. **Requirements** -------------- * Incomplete Elementary Education (8th grade); * Driver's License Class B; * Relevant work experience; * Forklift Operator training course from an entity recognized by competent authorities; * Availability to work the second shift.
