This position is based in Feira de Santana / BA. You will manage end-to-end technology recruitment processes. Perform active hunting and generate a qualified pipeline for various Latin American countries. Conduct structured technical and behavioral interviews, ensuring cultural and technical fit. Maintain close relationships with leaders and stakeholders, acting in a consultative capacity. Input and manage data in the ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter, ensuring data quality. Monitor performance metrics (KPIs) and propose improvements to recruitment processes. Contribute to strengthening the employer brand in the LATAM region.
