Injection Mold Maintenance Technicians (PET)

Job Summary: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on PET injection molds, diagnose failures, refurbish hot runners, issue technical reports, and manage spare parts. Key Highlights: 1. Experience with injection molds and overhead cranes Description: * Technical education in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Fitter * Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance * Availability to work rotating shifts * Knowledge of quality tools (5S, 5 Whys) * Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings * Familiarity with TOTVS will be considered a plus * Experience with injection molds will be considered a plus * Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on PET injection molds in collaboration with Engineering and Technical Support * Diagnose failures and implement corrective actions to resolve issues * Refurbish hot runners and injection molds * Replace components while preserving tool originality * Issue technical reports on performed activities * Open and close maintenance work orders * Request spare parts and maintain up-to-date inventory control * Maintain an organized workplace and contribute to the preservation of workspace, PPEs, collective protective equipment, tools, and machinery (5S) * Comply with ABNT standards, internal regulations, and technical and quality procedures * Experience with overhead cranes 2511110202181800290
